River/Lake Trials Sample Clauses

River/Lake Trials. On completion of the dock trials and after all work specified herein has been completed; the builder shall conduct a river/lake trial during which the operation of the vessel shall be thoroughly tested. The trials shall be held under the builder ’s direction to the satisfaction of the owner, with the builder’s service and crew and at the builder ’s expense. The owner or his representative shall be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to river/lake trials.
