RISK USES Sample Clauses

The 'Risk Uses' clause defines how risks associated with the subject matter of the agreement are allocated and managed between the parties. Typically, this clause outlines which party assumes responsibility for certain types of risks, such as loss, damage, or misuse of goods, data, or services, and may specify procedures for risk mitigation or insurance requirements. By clearly delineating risk responsibilities, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations, thereby promoting fairness and clarity in the contractual relationship.
