Common use of Risk of Loss; Title Clause in Contracts

Risk of Loss; Title. NetApp retains sole and exclusive title to the Subscription Products and all of its components. Customer is solely responsible for any loss or damage to the Subscription Products from the date of delivery to the date of final disposition of the Subscription Products as provided in Section 9.3(a) and the applicable Keystone Order. No such loss or damage will relieve Customer of any of its obligations under this KFS Sell To Attachment or the applicable Keystone Order.
