Common use of Risk Mitigation Plan Clause in Contracts

Risk Mitigation Plan. The Risk Mitigation Plan shall document how the Contractor plans to reduce the risk associated with this requirement. The Risk Mitigation Plan shall address Contractor’s planned approach to potentially problematic situations, to include, but not limited to, the unexpected introduction of new research programs, significant increases or decreases to appropriation levels which may affect the scope of work across fiscal years, and delays in funding appropriations. L.4.2.4 EXPERIENCE 2.4.1. The Offeror’s experience shall demonstrate performance of tasks identical to, similar to, or related to tasks contained within the Performance Work Statement. The Offeror shall submit experience that reflects the Offeror’s capability to accomplish the tasks in the Performance Work Statement. The Offeror shall provide evidence of experience performing contracts with comparable risk, and shall demonstrate that the functions, responsibilities, and control exercised by the Offeror are essentially the same as required under this solicitation. The Offeror shall provide evidence of relevant corporate experience in managing subcontractors and providing personnel with an appropriate mix and balance of education and training that relate to the tasks required in the PWS. The Offeror shall provide evidence of Key Personnel with relevant experience, as it relates to the tasks in the PWS. The Offeror shall propose Key Personnel with experience that will contribute successfully to the execution of the tasks in the PWS. The Offeror shall provide resumes for all individuals proposed to fill Key Personnel positions. For individuals proposed as Key Personnel who are not current employees of the Offeror’ s company or a subcontractor, a signed letter of intent is required. The Offeror should propose a team of Key Personnel with identical, similar, or related experience as identified in the Labor Category Descriptions in the Rate Template Attachment for the following positions: Labor Category: Project Director Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions Labor Category: Deputy Project Director Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions Labor Category: Scientific Review Managers Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions Labor Category: Consumer Reviewer Administrative Manager Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions Labor Category: eBRAP Lead Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions Labor Category: Information Management/Information Technology Lead Specific knowledge and skills: Identified in Labor Category Descriptions L.4.3. VOLUME III – PAST PERFORMANCE The Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire Form (SECTION J, ATTACHMENTS) shall be forwarded by the Offeror to no more than five (5) customers for the prime contractor and three (3) customers for each subcontractor within the last three (3) years for performance that is identical, similar, or related to the performance addressed in this RFP. Completed past performance questionnaires shall be submitted with the Offeror’s proposal by the submission deadline established in paragraph L.1.2.
