Risk Acceptance. You hereby confirm you are aware of and agree with all risks which are connected with investment in securities and/or other financial instruments. ACM shall not be responsible for any losses and/or damages suffered by you as a result of the risks associated with investments, including but not limited to losses resulting from governmental actions, changes in financial market regulations, actions or negligence by custodians or issuers which directly affect ACM's obligations according to the Agreement or change the cost of securities.
