Rights under LLC Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall limit, diminish or other restrict the rights of Seller or its affiliates under that certain Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC, dated August 31, 2013 (as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time).
