Common use of Rights to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Rights to Inspect. The Company agrees that the County and its authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times and upon prior reasonable notice to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project; provided, however, that the County shall not have the right to enter any tenant’s unit to determine whether the Company is in compliance with the Affordable Housing Requirements. The County and its authorized agents shall also be permitted at all reasonable times and upon prior reasonable notice, to have access to examine and inspect the Company’s South Carolina property tax returns, as filed. The aforesaid rights of examination and inspection shall be exercised only upon such reasonable and necessary terms and conditions as the Company shall prescribe, and shall be subject to the provisions of Section 2.04(c).
