Common use of Rights to Develop Clause in Contracts

Rights to Develop. 3.1.1 CITY and OWNER acknowledge that this Agreement has been prepared and executed in order to comply with the requirement in the Spring Lake Specific Plan that a development agreement be entered into in connection with any rezoning of land or tentative parcel map approval within the Specific Plan area. This agreement is for Tentative Subdivision Map #5160, which includes the 23.6-acre R-8 site shown in Exhibit B, resulting in 159 single family lots (units).
