Rights of Users of Terminated Gate(s). Effective from and after a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Date as to each Section 41 Terminated Gate, the Port Authority and each user of a Section 41 Terminated Gate, and their respective officers, employees, passengers, patrons, invitees, contractors, suppliers of material and furnishers of services, shall have the right of ingress and egress between the Section 41 Terminated Gates and Gate Related Premises and the public streets outside the Premises, and also the right of ingress and egress between the Premises and the Public Landing Area at the Airport, by means of existing taxiways to be used in common with others having rights of passage thereon, as well as over the taxiway areas of the Premises.
