Common use of Rights of Unadmitted Assignees Clause in Contracts

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a Limited Partner under the Act or this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests Limited Partner Interests, but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 8.7 hereof, shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or a Limited Partner under the Act or this the Agreement.

A Person who acquires one or more Partnership Interests but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 16.11 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Partnership Interests in accordance with this Agreement and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the voting or other rights of a Limited Partner under the Act or this Agreement.

A Person who acquires one or more LP Interests but who is not admitted as a Substituted substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 9.6 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such LP Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but and shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or a Limited Partner under the Act or this Agreement.
