Common use of Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN with respect to any Senior Indebtedness which may at the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN with Article 10 in respect to of any Senior Indebtedness which may at the any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07.

Nothing holder and providing further than nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 607.

The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN with Article Four in respect to of any Senior Indebtedness which may at the any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in Section 8.13 or elsewhere in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article Four shall apply to claims of, of or payments to, to the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 8.7.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN with Article Four in respect to of any Senior Indebtedness which may at the any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in Section 813 or elsewhere in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article Four shall apply to claims of, of or payments to, to the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 807.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article Fourteen with respect to any Senior Indebtedness which may at the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and Indebtedness; provided that nothing in this Indenture Article shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing ; and, provided further, that nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION Section 6.07.

The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article 13 with respect to any Senior Indebtedness which may at the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article 13 shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 8.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article XIII with respect to any Senior Indebtedness which that may at the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article XIII shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 7.7.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article with respect to any Senior Indebtedness which may be at the any time be held by it, it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness Indebtedness; and nothing in Section 6.13, or elsewhere in this Indenture Indenture, shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07Section 6.7.
