Rights of Successors. All of the rights and obligations of the parties under this Lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of their respective heirs, successors and assigns; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 14.6 shall be construed to limit or waive the provisions concerning restrictions on Transfer set forth in Article 8 hereof.
