Rights of OPTIONEE as Shareholder. The OPTIONEE shall have no rights as a shareholder of the COMPANY with respect to any COMMON SHARES of the COMPANY covered by the OPTION until the date of issuance of a certificate to him evidencing such COMMON SHARES.
