Common use of Rights of Noteholders to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Rights of Noteholders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement the right of any Noteholder to receive payment of principal of, Break Amount, if any, Make-Whole Amount, if any, and interest on such Equipment Note on or after the respective due dates expressed in such Equipment Note, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Noteholder.
