Common use of Rights of Holders of Notes to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Rights of Holders of Notes to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Note, on or after the respective due dates expressed or provided for in the Note, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder. For the avoidance of doubt, no amendment to, deletion of, or waiver with respect to any of the covenants or provisions of Article III or Article IV hereof shall be deemed to impair or affect any rights of Holders to receive payment of principal of, or premium, if any, or interest on, the Notes (provided such amendment, deletion or waiver is made or given in accordance with Article IX hereof).
