Common use of Rights of Contribution Clause in Contracts

Rights of Contribution. The Credit Parties agree among themselves that, in connection with payments made hereunder, each Credit Party shall have contribution rights against the other Credit Parties as permitted under applicable law. Such contribution rights shall be subordinate and subject in right of payment to the obligations of the Credit Parties under the Credit Documents and no Credit Party shall exercise such rights of contribution until all Credit Party Obligations have been paid in full and the Commitments terminated.
