Common use of Rights of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Rights of Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall have the right (but shall have no obligation) at any time that there shall exist and be continuing an Event of Default, to take in Administrative Agent’s own name or in the name of the Borrower (but at the Borrower’s expense, which shall be reimbursed to the Administrative Agent upon demand and shall constitute part of the Obligations), such action as Administrative Agent may at any time or from time to time determine to be necessary, subject to applicable Gaming Laws:

Rights of Administrative Agent. Rights of Administrative Agent. The If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Administrative Agent may, without notice, exercise all rights, privileges or options pertaining to any Collateral as if it were the absolute owner thereof, upon such terms and conditions as it may determine, all without liability except to account for property actually received by it, but Administrative Agent shall have the right (but shall have no obligation) at duty to exercise any time that there shall exist and be continuing an Event of Default, to take in Administrative Agent’s own name or in the name of the Borrower (but at the Borrower’s expenseaforesaid rights, which shall be reimbursed to the Administrative Agent upon demand privileges or options and shall constitute part of the Obligations), such action as Administrative Agent may at not be responsible for any time failure to do so or from time to time determine to be necessary, subject to applicable Gaming Laws:delay in so doing.
