Rights of access for completing the Development. The right to :- (i) subject to the written consent of the Manager, enter into and upon all parts of the Common Areas and Facilities with all necessary equipment, plant and materials for the purposes of completing or commissioning the construction of the Development or any part thereof and carrying out any other operations and works in, under, on or over the Common Areas and Facilities as it may from time to time see fit and such right of the First Owner to enter the Common Areas and Facilities to carry out such works shall extend equally to all necessary contractors, agents, workers and other persons authorised by the First Owner. The Manager in pursuance of such operations and works carried out by the First Owner may from time to time issue in writing to the Owners instructions as to the Common Areas and Facilities that the Owners, their tenants, servants, agents, invitees or licensees may or may not use while such works are being carried out PROVIDED THAT the First Owner shall make good any damage or loss that may be caused by or arise from such works and PROVIDED FURTHER THAT the other Owners' right to hold, use, occupy and enjoy the parts of the Development which they own shall not be affected and the other Owners' right to have access to and from their parts of the Development shall not be impeded; (ii) determine as to the time when and as to the place where and whether to proceed with the said construction works with power to postpone such works as the First Owner shall deem fit;
