Rights Limitation on Use of Existing Wells. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, without the express approval of Chevron, Company will not have the right and/or option to propose or use any well bore existing in or on the Contract Acreage prior to the Effective Date, unless otherwise mutually and expressly agreed to by the Parties and the owners of the well bore.
