Rights in Transfected Cells. Subject to the Licensor IP Rights and rights in Technology Improvements set forth in this Agreement, Licensor shall have no rights to the Transfected Cells and Licensee shall be the exclusive owner of the Transfected Cells, Antibodies and Product, provided that Licensee’s use of the Transfected Cells is subject to the licenses granted under this Agreement.
