Rights and Remedies are Cumulative. The rights and remedies of a Party pursuant to this Article Seven are cumulative and in addition to the rights of the Parties otherwise provided in this Agreement; provided that the Termination Payment will be the sole remedy for damage due to termination of this Agreement (but will not preclude recovery by a Party for other damages sustained as a result of an Event of Default that does not result in termination of this Agreement).
