Rights and Protections of the Issuer Delaware Trustee. The Issuer Delaware Trustee shall be entitled to all of the same rights, protections, indemnities and immunities under this Agreement and with respect to the Issuer as the Owner Trustee. No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement which adversely affects the Issuer Delaware Trustee shall be effective against it without its prior written consent.
