Common use of Rights and Powers as a Lender Clause in Contracts

Rights and Powers as a Lender. The Administrative Agent and the Other Agents, to the extent each such Person is also a Lender, shall have the same rights and powers under the Credit Documents as any other Lender and may exercise or refrain from exercising such rights and power as though it were not the Administrative Agent, or an Other Agent, and the Administrative Agent and the Other Agents and their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates thereof as if it were not an Administrative Agent or an Other Agent under the Credit Documents. The term Lender as used in all Credit Documents, unless the context otherwise clearly requires, includes, to the extent such Person is also a Lender hereunder, the Administrative Agent and the Other Agents in their respective individual capacities as a Lender.
