Common use of RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSTITUTION Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSTITUTION. A. SWBTS personnel may enter your room/unit at any time in the event of an emergency and at any reasonable time for any reasonable purpose, including, without limitation, inspection, maintenance, investigation of violations of law or Institutional Regulations, or in emergencies to ensure protection of health, safety, or property. By signing the Agreement, you specifically agree to be bound by the Institution's inspection and entry policies as they now exist or may hereafter be amended, as set forth in the Institutional Regulations.
