Rights Acquired. The property rights of the United States acquired under this Deed shall be unaffected by any subsequent amendments to or repeal of the Grassland Reserve Program. If Grantor receives consideration for this easement in installments, the Parties agree that the conveyance of this easement shall be effective upon payment of the first installment.

Rights Acquired. Provider grants to FIS all rights and licenses necessary for the FIS and its Affiliates to use, transfer, pass-through and sell the Product and to otherwise exercise the rights granted under the Purchase Order with respect to the Product. Rights Acquired. Performer hereby agrees that in consideration of and upon payment in full of such Fees included on the ‘Consent Form (Schedule 1)’, s/he will irrevocably assign to Producer throughout the world in perpetuity all rights (whether now known or hereafter created) of whatsoever kind that subsist in the Performer’s recorded performances of the Titles made hereunder and grant all such consents as may be necessary pursuant to Part II of the Copyright Designs and Patents Xxx 0000 (as the same may be amended or re-enacted from time to time) (“the Act”) to enable Producer to exploit and permit the exploitation of the recorded performances referred to on the ‘Consent Form (Schedule 1)’ throughout the world to the fullest extent possible. Performer further agrees that s/he shall not rely on any moral rights, performers’ rights or other rights of whatsoever nature that s/he may have in the recorded performances referred to above to prevent their exploitation by Producer.
Rights Acquired. 2. This use of the Work by the Publisher entails the assignment of First World Anthology Rights, for publication in the English language anywhere in the world. This use of the Work by The Reanimated Writers Press entails the assignment of First World Anthology Rights in ebook and print formats, for publication in the English language anywhere in the world for a period of sixty (60) months. It is also understood and agreed that this Work will only appear in the above-mentioned Anthology--both paperback and electronic editions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of publication, henceforth known as the Exclusivity Period. During the Exclusivity Period, the stories will be digitally published in the Kindle Unlimited Program via Amazon’s Kindle Select Program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Amazon. After the twelve (12) month Exclusivity Period has ended, the book will remain in publication for forty-eight (48) additional months, non-exclusively. The book will be removed from Kindle Unlimited and published on any ebook distribution platform deemed viable by the Reanimated Writers Press Publishing Committee. Rights Acquired. With respect to originations of Eligible Loans in which Purchaser acquires an interest pursuant to this Agreement, Purchaser or its designee shall have the right to purchase the totally disbursed and originated Eligible Loans at the Purchase Price; such purchases shall be made pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Loan Sale Agreement. If Purchaser designates a buyer to purchase Eligible Loans at a price in excess of the Purchase Price, Seller shall after consummation of such purchase promptly remit to Purchaser the difference between the price paid by the designated buyer and the Purchase Price. All of the Eligible Loans that are sold to Purchaser or its designee pursuant to the Loan Sale Agreement shall be serviced for the life of such loans by Seller with UNIPAC acting as subservicer under that certain Amended and Restated Servicing Agreement dated as of June 19, 1996 between Seller and Purchaser, or such other servicing agent as Seller may consent to at Seller's option. With respect to Eligible Loans in which Purchaser acquires origination rights under this Agreement, if the servicing fees charged by Seller exceed the servicing fees charged by UNIPAC as subservicer, Seller shall promptly remit to Purchaser such excess amount. Except as otherwise specified herein, Purchaser or its designee shall acquire no right with respect to any individual Eligible Loan until purchased pursuant to a Loan Sale Agreement.
