Common use of Right to Clause in Contracts

Right to. assign Each of the Banks may assign or transfer all or any of its rights under or pursuant to the Security Documents to any other branch of that Bank or to any other bank or financial institution, and may grant sub-participations in all or any part of its Commitment provided that the Borrower and the Agent consent to such assignment or transfer (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and such assignment or transfer does not result in the Borrower being subject to any additional Tax or other financial or legal obligations other than those contemplated by the terms of this Agreement at the time of such assignment or transfer.
