Right to sell Vacation Credits. Trendwest hereby grants to Developer the non-exclusive right to market and sell Vacation Credits, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Developer may sell for its own account and retain all of the gross proceeds from the sale of the Vacation Credits allocated to the Developer Property, subject to payment of the fee set forth in Section 3.5. Under no circumstances shall Developer sell more Vacation Credits than have been allocated to the Developer Property.
