Right to Resume Services. In the event that a termination is affected due to a material breach by one Party and the breach is subsequently cured within 30 days of the effective date of termination, the non-breaching Party reserves the right to consider the termination null and void and request the resumption of services. In leiu of resuming services CONTRACTOR may pursue contract termination under Exhibit B.
