Common use of RIGHT TO REQUEST EXECUTION OF ANCILLARY AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO REQUEST EXECUTION OF ANCILLARY AGREEMENTS. In the event of the Change of Control (as hereinafter defined in this Section) of any party hereto and while this Agreement remains in effect, BCBSUW, UWS, MMC or Compcare Pharmacy may, for the sole purpose of documenting in more detail the terms and respective rights and obligations of the parties with respect to Employees and Services provided hereunder, request that any of the following types of ancillary agreements be executed by any parties hereto and effected thereby:

In the event of the Change of Control (as hereinafter defined in this Section) of any party hereto and while this Agreement remains in effect, BCBSUW, UWS, MMC or Compcare Pharmacy RxCel may, for the sole purpose of documenting in more detail the terms and respective rights and obligations of the parties with respect to Employees and Services provided hereunder, request that any of the following types of ancillary agreements be executed by any parties hereto and effected thereby:
