Right to Register or Record. Lessee may request that Lessor execute a Memorandum of Option and Land Lease, Memorandum of Land Lease or Short Form of Lease (collectively a “Memo”) for recording in the public records. Lessor agrees and authorizes Lessee to attach and/or insert a certified legal description of the Leased Space and Easements, once complete, to the Memo and record same in the public records.
