Common use of Right to Register or Record Clause in Contracts

Right to Register or Record. Lessee may request that Lessor execute a Memorandum of Option and Land Lease, Memorandum of Land Lease or Short Form of Lease (collectively a “Memo”) for recording in the public records. Lessor agrees and authorizes Lessee to attach and/or insert a certified legal description of the Leased Space and Easements, once complete, to the Memo and record same in the public records.

Right to Register or Record. Lessee may request that Lessor execute a Memorandum of Option and Land Lease, Memorandum of Land Lease or Short Form of Lease (collectively a “Memo”) for recording in the public records. Lessor shall have the right to review, amend, and approve or reject any such Memo before recording. Lessor agrees and authorizes Lessee to attach and/or insert a certified legal description of the Leased Space and EasementsSpace, once complete, to the Memo and, upon the review and approval of the Lessor, record same in the public records.
