Right to Interchange Capacity Sample Clauses

Right to Interchange Capacity. Any Party whose APC is less than its FPLCC shall have a right to the amount of Interchange Capacity necessary to meet its FPLCC. Except as provided in paragraph 9(e)(2) below, any Party whose APC is in excess of its FPLCC shall supply Interchange Capacity, and any Party with capacity in excess of its Actual Adjusted Peak Load may supply Interchange Capacity.
