Common use of ---RIGHT TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

---RIGHT TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) shall have the right to inspect all construction and installation work performed subject to the provisions of this Renewal License in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License and all other applicable law. Any such inspection shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations.

---RIGHT TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) shall have the right to inspect all construction and installation work performed subject to the provisions of this Renewal License in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License and all other applicable law. Any such inspection shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations. The Licensee shall have the right to have its representative present during any such inspection.

Any such inspection shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations.

Any such inspection shall be conducted after reasonable written notice by the Issuing Authority and shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations.

---RIGHT TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) shall have the right to inspect all construction and outside installation work performed subject to the provisions of this Renewal License in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License and all other applicable law. Such inspections shall be upon reasonable advance notice to the Licensee and its designees may be present at such inspection. Any such inspection shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations., and shall not occur more than twice in any calendar year of this Renewal License

---RIGHT TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION. The Issuing Authority and/or its or his or her designee(s) shall have the right right, at its sole cost and expense, to inspect all construction and installation work performed subject to the provisions of this Renewal License in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License and all other applicable law. Any The Licensee shall fully cooperate in such inspection shall inspections; provided, however, that such inspections are reasonable and do not interfere with the operation or the performance of the facilities of the Cable System, and that such inspections are conducted after reasonable notice to the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations. The Licensee shall have the right to have a representative present during such inspections.

(a) The Issuing Authority and/or or its designee(s) designee shall have the right to inspect the plant, equipment or other property of the Licensee, including, but not limited to all construction construction, installation and/or upgrade work performed, and installation work performed subject to the provisions of this Renewal License in order make such tests as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License and all other applicable lawlaw and regulations. Any such inspection shall not interfere with the Licensee's operations, except in emergency situations.
