Right to Inspect Work Sample Clauses
The Right to Inspect Work clause grants one party, typically the client or project owner, the authority to review and examine the progress or quality of work being performed under a contract. This right may be exercised at reasonable times and often includes the ability to visit the worksite, request documentation, or observe processes to ensure compliance with agreed standards. By allowing for ongoing oversight, this clause helps ensure that the work meets contractual requirements and provides a mechanism to identify and address issues early, thereby reducing the risk of defects or nonconformance.
Right to Inspect Work. Owner will have the right to inspect the Work at all times. Such inspection will not relieve Construction Manager of any of its obligations to perform the Work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
Right to Inspect Work. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the SFX Companies will have no responsibility for supervision or control over the details of Independent Contractor’s provision of the Services. If any of the Services are not performed to the satisfaction of the Company, in the Company’s sole discretion, the Company will have the right to terminate this Agreement, at Independent Contractor’s expense pursuant to Section 8(b).
Right to Inspect Work. DNR, the State Auditor of Georgia or their authorized representatives, have the right to enter onto the premises of Subgrantee and all subcontractors or such other places where the Project Services are being performed during normal business hours for the purpose of inspecting, monitoring or otherwise evaluating such work.
