Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. (a) An Employee shall have the right to have his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the Employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an Employee for disciplinary purposes the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the Employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the Employee may contact his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken.
(b) A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to consult with a staff representative of the Union and to have a local Union representative present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes might be the basis of disciplinary action against the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken.
Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. An employee shall have the right to have his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any meeting with supervisory personnel involving disciplinary matters. The supervisor shall notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the meeting.
Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall so notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may arrange for his or her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to be present at the interview.
Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. An employee shall have the right to have her Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any formal meeting scheduled by a Supervisor (who is not in the bargaining unit) where such discussion is intended to be the basis of formal disciplinary action. When an employee is to be disciplined and such discipline is to become part of her personnel file, the Supervisor shall so notify the employee in advance so the employee may contact her Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to be present at the formal meeting.
Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. (a) Where the College intends to interview an employee for purposes which may be the basis of disciplinary action, the College shall notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be contacted.
(b) Where a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is called to a meeting with the College which he believes may be the basis of personal disciplinary action, he will have the right to consult with and/or have union representation at such a meeting.

The employee shall have the right to have Union representation present at any discussion with supervisory personnel where the supervisor intends to interview that employee for disciplinary purposes. The supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the meeting in order that the employee may contact his/her shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. If an employee elects Union representation, then the meeting will not proceed until such representation is available, providing that the Union representative be available for participation in such investigatory interview within twenty-four (24) hours.

The supervisor shall notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview, provided that this does not result in an undue delay in the appropriate action being taken.
Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Present. Where a Supervisor intends to impose an oral or written warning on an employee or other more severe discipline, the Supervisor shall so notify the employee in advance and the employee shall have the right to have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present. The Employer will provide as much notice as possible to both the employee and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ prior to the commencement of such a meeting.
