Common use of Right to Exercise Clause in Contracts

Right to Exercise. (i) Subject to subsections 2(a)(ii) and 2(a)(iii) below, this Option shall be exercisable cumulatively according to the vesting schedule set forth in the Notice of Grant. Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this option may be exercised in whole or in part at any time as to Shares which have not yet vested. For purposes of this Stock Option Agreement, Shares subject to the Option shall vest based on continued employment of Optionee with the Company. Vested Shares shall not be subject to the Company's repurchase right (as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit C-1). ----------- (ii) As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested Shares, the Optionee shall execute the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement.

Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this option Option may be exercised in whole or in part at any time as to Shares which have not yet vestedunvested Shares. For purposes of this Stock Option Agreement, Shares subject to the Option shall vest based on continued employment the Optionee continuing to be a Service Provider of Optionee with the Company. Vested Shares shall not be subject to the Company's ’s repurchase right (as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit C-1). ----------- (ii) As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested Shares, the Optionee shall execute the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement.

This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a Share.

Right to Exercise. (i) Subject to subsections 2(a)(ii) and 2(a)(iiithrough 2(a)(v) below, this Option shall be exercisable cumulatively according to the vesting schedule set forth out in the Notice of Grant. Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this option may be exercised in whole or in part at any time as to Shares which have not yet vested. For purposes of this Stock Option Agreement, Shares subject to the this Option shall vest based on continued employment of or consulting services by Optionee with the Company. Vested Shares shall not be subject to the Company's repurchase right (as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit C-1). ----------- (ii) As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested Shares, the Optionee shall execute the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement.

Right to Exercise. (i1) Subject to subsections 2(a)(ii3(a)(2) and 2(a)(iii3(a)(3) below, this Option shall be exercisable cumulatively according to the vesting schedule set forth in the Notice of Grant. Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this option Option may be exercised in whole or in part at any time as to Shares which that have not yet vested. For purposes of this Stock Option Agreement, Shares subject to the Option shall vest based on continued employment of Optionee with the Companycontinuing as a Service Provider. Vested Shares shall not be subject to the Company's repurchase right (as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit C-1B-1). ----------- (ii) As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested Shares, the Optionee shall execute the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement.

Right to Exercise. Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this option may be exercised in whole or in part at any time as to Shares which have not yet vested. For purposes of this Stock Option Agreement, Shares subject to the Option shall vest based on continued employment or consulting relationship of Optionee with the Company. Vested Shares shall not be subject to the Company's repurchase right (as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit C-1). ----------- (ii) As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested Shares, the Optionee shall execute the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement.-----------
