Right to Enforce Claim;  Secured Party in Possession or Control. (a) Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, and in addition to such other rights and remedies as Secured Party may have under other provisions of this Agreement or any other Finance Document, or under common or statutory law, Secured Party may reduce a claim to judgment, foreclose, or otherwise enforce the claim, security interest, or agricultural lien by any available judicial procedure, and if the Collateral is Documents, Secured Party may proceed either as to the Documents or as to the Goods the Documents cover.
