Common use of Right to Employment or Service Clause in Contracts

Right to Employment or Service. The granting of this Award shall not impose upon the Company any obligation to maintain the Grantee as an Employee and shall not diminish the power of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Employment at any time. The Company and its Subsidiaries reserve the right to terminate a Grantee’s Employment at any time, with or without cause.
