The granting of this Award shall not impose upon the Company any obligation to maintain any Participant as an Employee and shall not diminish the power of the Company to terminate any Participant's Employment at any time. The Company and its Subsidiaries reserve the right to terminate a Grantee’s Employment at any time, with or without cause.
