Right to Data After Dissolution. After dissolution of the Company pursuant to Subsections 16.1(a), 16.1(b), or 16.1(c), each Member shall be entitled to make copies of all applicable information owned by the Company and acquired hereunder before the effective date of dissolution not previously furnished to it.
