Common use of Right to Change Trustee Clause in Contracts

Right to Change Trustee. As a matter of convenience to the Settlor, the Trustee hereunder may be removed at any time by the Settlor, and a Successor (individual or corporate) Trustee may be appointed by the Settlor. Such power shall be exercised by giving written notice to the then Trustee and to the Successor Trustee.
