RIGHT OF TRUSTEE AND PAYING AGENT TO HOLD SENIOR INDEBTEDNESS. The Trustee and the Paying Agent, in their individual capacities, shall be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article 9 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by either of them to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee or the Paying Agent of any of its rights as such holder.
