Right of Optional Redemption Price. The Issuer at its option may, at any time, redeem the Securities of a Series, in whole or in part, upon payment of a redemption price equal to the greater of (i) the principal amount of the Securities of such Series to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon, if any, to the date of redemption, or (ii) the Make Whole Amount plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, from the last payment date to the redemption date.
