Right not to Accept Instructions or Orders. We may, but shall not be obliged to, accept instructions to enter into a Transaction. If we decline to enter into a proposed Transaction, we shall not be obliged to provide a reason, but we shall promptly notify you accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed with you, instructions for the simultaneous sale and purchase of a Financial Instrument on behalf of the same beneficial owner may not be given under this Agreement.
