Common use of Riggers Liability Clause in Contracts

Riggers Liability. 2.4.1 Subcontractor shall carry Rigger’s Liability Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence if Subcontractor’s work involves moving,lifting, lowering, riggingor hoisting of property or equipment belonging to others. Such insurance shall insure against physical loss ordamage to the propertyor equipment. Deductibles greater than $50,000 require Contractor’s prior written approval.
