Common use of Riggers Liability Clause in Contracts

Riggers Liability. Should Subcontractor’s work involve the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging, or hoisting of property or equipment, Subcontractor shall carry Riggers’ Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment. The Riggers’ Liability insurance shall provide coverage on an “all risk” basis, with full replacement cost coverage, without any overload exclusion, and with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.

The Riggers’ Liability insurance shall provide coverage on an “all risk” basis, equipment with full replacement cost coverage, without any overload exclusion, a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence and with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence5,000,000 aggregate.
