Common use of Rhodium Clause in Contracts

Rhodium. rhodium (loco Zurich) having a minimum degree of fairness of ninety-nine and 90/100 percent (99.9%), or other rhodium in sponge or plate and having a minimum degree of fineness of ninety-nine and 90/100 percent (99.9%). Royalties: all royalties, fees, expense reimbursement and other amounts payable by a Borrower under a License. Sale and Leaseback Transaction; as defined in Section 10.2.6.
