RFQ NOT BINDING. 29.1. This RFQ is intended to obtain Quotations from prospective Bidders. This RFQ does not create a formal legally binding bidding process. This RFQ does not commit the Town in any way to select a Bidder, or to proceed to negotiations for a Contract, or to award any Contract, and the Town reserves the right to, at any time, reject all quotations, and to cancel this RFQ process. This RFQ is not intended to create, and should not be construed as creating, contractual relations between the Town and any Bidder, including any “Contract A”. 29.2. The Town has the right to not award the contract to any bidder if the cost is more than of what the Town can operate the landfill by internal resources.

  • Non-Binding Unless expressly authorised in writing by the Group-Wide Lenders and then on such terms and conditions as the Group-Wide Lenders may require, the Steering Committee shall not negotiate the terms of or enter into any agreement on behalf of the Group-Wide Lenders of any of them. This Clause 19 and Clause 14.4 may be relied upon by any member of the Steering Committee notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 17.11.
