RFP References Clause Samples
The "RFP References" clause defines how references to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and its associated documents are to be interpreted and incorporated into the contract. Typically, this clause clarifies that all terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the RFP, as well as any addenda or clarifications issued during the bidding process, are considered part of the final agreement. This ensures that both parties are bound by the expectations and obligations set forth in the RFP, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over what was agreed upon during the procurement process.
