„RFP Document. This RFP includes, in addition to an explanation of the Lead State's needs which must be met, instructions which prescribe the format and content of Proposals to be submitted. If a Proposer discovers any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other error in this RFP, the Proposer shall immediately notify the Procurement Official identified in Section 1.8, Procurement Official, of such error in writing and request clarification or modification of the document. Modifications will be made by Addenda and/or public notice on the Lead State’s website. An awarded Contractor who fails to notify the Lead State of an error in the RFP shall not be entitled to additional compensation or time by reason of the error or its later correction.

„RFP Document. The Firm is expected to examine all instructions, forms, Terms and Conditions and specifications in the RFP. Submission of a proposal not responsive to the RFP in every respect will be at the Firm’s risk and may result in the rejection of its proposal without any further reference to the Firm.
