RFB Sample Clauses
RFB. These general terms and conditions of the RFB shall be read and interpreted together with the terms and conditions set forth in the Qualification Envelope and Commercial Envelope, and taken together with Attachment #2 – Form of Agreement and any other Attachment referred to in the Qualification Envelope or the Commercial Envelope, and any addenda issued in respect thereof, shall constitute the whole of the RFB.
